Life is like the ocean. It can be calm or still, and rough or rigid, but in the end it is always beautiful.

I believe that our life can’t always be easy or else what lessons would we be learning without the experiences.

Over the past few years, I’ve been on self learning journey, where I’ve been learning how to handle my emotions, how to communicate with people and how to be better version of myself.

Let’s say this journey was not as easy and that I’m still on this journey. I’ve been through many rough seas and sometimes I still feel like I’m in the same ocean without the change I want in my life.

One of the most important practices that we all should do is to reflect on our lives. Reflect on all the good things, bad things and our daily tasks that occur in our lives. When we reflect we see what we need to improve on and make our lives a bit better than it is now.

Working from home has truly changed my life and made me realize that life is not a like a movie where at the end everything works out because we are not sure when the end is. Also for a long I would think if I could back in time, I would change this and change the way I would react. It became an obsession and I realised that going back in time isn’t real and I need to concentrate on the now.

I’ve learned that we need to learn to live in the present and practice being mindful majority of time as this will save us from overthinking and doubting our super powers.
