21 Day Abundance Meditation
I enjoyed the abundance meditation with Deepak Chopra. During 2021 I never even set a goal to meditate everyday but somehow I found myself meditating daily. I did miss one or two days but realizing I missed it, I went back to it.
Before I did the Abundance Meditation I did Get Unstuck Creating a Limitless Life with Oprah and Deepak Chopra and I did The Divine Feminine with Alicia Keys and Deepak Chopra. The feeling after these meditation truly benefited me and made me feel like a new version of myself, I felt like I had more faith. Doing the Get Unstuck meditation, I realized that after the 21 day meditation I felt more productive and doing things that I enjoyed and gave me burst of energy while doing it.
I wanted to attract more abundance into my life. I learnt two new things about abundance, the first one is you good and bad abundance and secondly abundance is always around us and it’s as simple as hearing the birds chirping in the tree. The way to attract the good abundance is appreciating everything you already have and being grateful for it all. Some examples I’m grateful to have in my life is a roof over my head, a bed to sleep on and having my own food choices or clean running water.
Basically I realized that I’m so blessed in this world because as there is many things I do want but when it comes to my needs I have all of that. The more grateful I’m about these small daily things in my life, the more I attract healthy abundance into my life.
