Do you remember when I said I would love to have a Green Forest part of my back yard?

Well I took it to another level. I painted a Waterfall on my book cover. The one thing you need to know about me is that journaling is a must in my life. I learnt this from Robin Sharma and he always says that journaling is a good way to let go or deal with unwanted emotions.

I was inspired by a video from Nerdforge, her work is outgoing and she likes to try new exciting challenges that makes me feel that anything is possible.

Bob Ross has many tutorials on painting on a black canvas and adding greens and blues to the sky to give it an magical effect. My book cover was black so it was just easy to do the painting. I decided to do Waterfall painting because I never done one before and was up to the challenge.

The waterfall reminds me of an meditation I did a few times with Carissa Grayer Travel. The meditation is about waterfall in different shades of colour and how each colour makes you feel in a different mood. I would imagine myself in the water and listening the waterfall and the way the water moves pass my legs. The sun reflecting on the water and that beautiful light ripples moving. It was a beautiful visualisation.

Everytime I write in my book, i imagine myself relaxing and looking at the waterfall. It even helps me fall a sleep.
